Reservation & Payment
To secure your stay at The Family Inn, a full payment or a 20% deposit (for bookings made more than 14 days in advance) is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before your arrival.
Payments are processed securely via MakeCommerce.lt. We accept payments via local bank links (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland), debit/credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Revolut/N26/Wise options, and global card processing available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and handled in EUR (Euro) to ensure the highest level of security for your financial data.
Check-in & Departure
Our standard check-in and check-out times are designed to allow our dedicated cleaning team enough time to prepare the sanctuary for your arrival to our exacting standards.

- —Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
Cancellation and Refund
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the viability of our single-property residence.
- —Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
- —No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
House Rules
To preserve the serenity and integrity of The Family Inn and its surrounding ecosystem, we kindly ask our guests to observe the following rules:
No Parties
The residence is for registered guests only. Large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect the peaceful nature of the neighborhood.
No Pets
To protect furnishings and maintain allergy-free interiors, pets are not allowed.
Important Notice
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house to protect indoor air quality and ensure a healthy stay for everyone.
